The location is excellent, within 5 minutes walk from any place in downtown Aqaba and from the public beach, but you will need a taxi to get to the the more fancy beach and resorts/diving sites.
The staff is friendly and the restaurant serves good food for reasonable price. The rooms are basic , but maintenance lacks. There were light switches and outlets that did not fully cover the hole behind them, and the door did not fully open without extra pushing. Couple tiles in the hallway were loose. All and all, I would recommend this hotel due to the location and price.
Please mind that there is a mosque down the street and there are calls for prayers several times a day, including very early in the morning. This is common in every town you stay-in in a Muslim country and should be expected.
Room was quite noisy during the night, so we could not get good sleep. Cleanliness could be improved some more. Building and amenities are a little outdated.
All and all the hotel is very very simple and ok. I travelled by myself to Aqaba and my purpose was to scuba dive. I searched of a simple hotel with good or fair reviews and found this hotel. It is centrally located in the city center. A lot of shops and restaurants around.
The hotel is very very simple. the rooms are big. They have cable TV in the room with over 1000 channels but nothing to watch since it's all in Arabic. The breakfast was simple and fine. Eggs, pita bread, vegetables, coffee and orange juice. that's all you need.
The only default is that you hear everything, but I mean everything. people shouting in the street, people in the halls, people screaming in the halls, doors opening and closing.
But all and all, you get what you pay for. clean and cheap. two star hotel. nothing more than that.
The hotel is nice, the breakfast is very good especially if you like Jordanian food like us. I cannot say that the room was the most quiet but we slept remarkably well. Staff is very friendly. WiFi was terrible in the room, but good in the lobby.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms could do with refurbishment but they were clean and perfect for our one-night stay. Breakfast was nice. It was on-road parking but we found a space around the back without any problem.
The bathroom needs renovation, we didn't get to stay for the night as we had to leave for emergency but it had good location, the room was nice, beds were comfy, it has ac.
