O hotel possui uma boa localização, porém o preço praticado na alta estação não compensa. O café da manhã poderia melhorar, pois oferece pouca variedade e a qualidade é limitada. Por outro lado, vale destacar o ótimo atendimento e a cordialidade dos funcionários.

No café da manhã eles fazem ovo frito a pedido, atendimento excelente, toda a equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa, piscininha boa, localização excelente: na orla próximo dos arcos. Estacionamento para clientes privativo e gratuito, porém poucas vagas. Única coisa que me desagradou foi o blackout do quarto: não veda bem a claridade e no nordeste amanhece bem cedo (5h am). Quartos do bloco anexo são mais antigos e com qualidade inferior, mas são longe do barulho do bar do Flamengo, que fica ao lado do hotel.

Gostei muito do hotel, alguns atendentes mais simpáticos já outros nem tanto, mas em geral o atendimento é muito bom, café da manhã maravilhoso, a localização e a acomodação também, porém o hotel tem muito ruído a acústica não é muito boa.
