Quando cheguei, meia hora antes do horário padrão do checkin, o quarto não estava pronto e tive que aguardar e entrar após 14h00. Me designaram um quarto cuja entrada era pela porta do banheiro. O frigobar pequeno, entulhado de refrigerantes e água, sem espaço para colocar algo pessoal que pudesse ter levado para refrigerar, e além do mais o congelador estava totalmente tomado pelo gelo. Estava faltando controles da TV e do Ar condicionado. Obviamente solicitei outro quarto, cuja diferença era a porta normal. Em ambos as instalações são antigas e não bem conservadas, com interruptor único do quarto longe da cama.Só não cancelei a estadia porque estava muito cansado, e não estava em condição de procurar outro local, e além do mais já tinha pago as 2 diárias no checkin (antes de ver as condições do quarto). Recentemente estive em hotel de mesma categoria com valores de diárias menores, mas em melhores condições... Me arrependi de não ter tirado fotos para esta avaliação.

A estadia foi ótima dentro do que eu precisava. O bairro está bem mais seguro agora, mesmo precisando ir para a estação de metrô ás 5h da manhã eu me senti segura, pois tinha policiamento.

As instalações precisam de manutenção, cortei meu dedo ao entrar no elevador, por exemplo, o quarto não estava tão limpo e uma das camas fazia muito barulho nas molas por já ter passado do prazo de troca. Porém excelente localidade. Pouco isolamento acústico nos quartos e não tinha trinco na janela.
