Ideally located in a residential area just a 10-minute walk from Arbousiers Beach, this spacious family home sits on a wooded plot of over 850 m². With 180 m² of living space spread over three levels, it offers sunny terraces and a peaceful garden, perfect for accommodating up to 12 people.
On the first floor, you enter a bright living room facing north and east, furnished with sofas and a fireplace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), a 6-place dishwasher, a microwave, a conventional oven, a 3-burner gas hob, an extractor hood, and a Nespresso machine. There is also a comfortable dining room. Two bedrooms are located on this floor: one facing south with a king-size bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe, and the other facing west and north with a king-size bed (160 cm), a television, and a wardrobe. There is also a separate toilet and a bathroom with two sinks. The mezzanine level comprises a TV lounge with comfortable sofas and a third south-facing bedroom with a king-size bed (160 cm) and an en-suite shower room with a toilet. The garden level, also accessible from the garden, offers a laundry area (washing machine and dryer), an additional shower room, and two bedrooms (one facing east with a king-size bed (160 cm) and another east-facing master suite with two single beds (90 cm) and an en-suite bathroom). There is also a separate toilet and a sixth bedroom with two bunk beds (80 cm) and a small window.
