This was one of the best rentals we've stayed at. The house was thoughtfully setup, and everything you could need for your stay was provided. Very clean, very well maintained, and a nice quiet area.

This home was the perfect place for my cousins, sister and I to take my aunt for a trip to Biltmore (for her 80th birthday). It was clean, comfortable and stocked with many basic amenities, more than you get in a hotel. Besides the bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) they provided coffee, coffee pods, had a full stock of spices and everything to make your stay comfortable (blankets in the living room came in handy with a big temp drop from one day to the next). The host was very accommodating and always responded very quickly to a question and allowed us to get in early when my cousins’s flight was arriving earlier than the rest of us. He provided very good details about using the hot tub and what to do when leaving. The location was usually 15-30 min drive to most places we went but traffic wasn’t bad and it was usually a scenic view. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area and I would stay again in the future.

This may have been one of the most well prepared places we have stayed over the years that we have rented. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking meals, the bathrooms with plenty of soap plus shampoo etc., the beds with clean and extra linens and plenty of towels. The house was clean and attention to detail in everything throughout. The location was peaceful and the hot tub well maintained right off the deck in a nicely landscaped yard,which really made the trip that much more enjoyable. Overall a great place to stay and not far from town.

Nice large house near the blue ridge parkway and some nice outdoor areas. The house was spotless and well setup for our long weekend. We Liked that 2 bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. Hot tub was nice and was relaxing after hiking in the area. Even went to Biltmore to explore all that. Host was quick to answer any questions during our booking and stay. Kitchen seemed to have everything we needed to stay later and cook if we had time.

Everything was as described with lots of extra nice touches, like multi-option charge cords next to some of the beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials (spices/oils/etc), which was helpful when cooking. Adam was super responsive to questions about the house and area. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time here! The house has a fully stocked kitchen which made cooking at home very enjoyable. House was incredibly clean and Adam was very responsive. Conveniently located close to the airport and Mills River and just a short / straight shot to downtown Asheville. We will definitely stay here when we come back in the fall. Bed Bugs Nightmare: Beware

Overall it started out well. What appeared to be a nice place turned into a nightmare. Bed bugs impacted every single one of us. My wife and one of my kids had 50-150 bed bug bites. It was so bad that it got into our things and has resulted in issues at our current house that is going to be costly to fix.Host refuses to accept any responsibility. I would post pictures of it on my wife but pictures are supposed to be family friend. Host and VRBO have been provided with evidence of what happened.

Great Week!

Our stay was great. The house was exactly what we needed, enough space for everyone to have their privacy but large enough for spending time together over dinner or games. Rural feel, but just a few minutes from downtown and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Yearly Asheville visit

Don't think i can say enough nice things about this place. As soon as you walk in you just feel at home. Very comfortable, well decorated, everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Location was perfect, felt like you were out in the country but you are close to everything. Lots of back roads that made it fast and easy to get anywhere especially during heavy trafic times on main roads. I would definitely stay there again, and I would highly recommend staying there.

Relaxing Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house suited our needs perfectly. Each room had its own bath which was a big plus for the three of us (friends traveling together). Everything was clean, the rooms were very comfortable, and the house was well-stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. We were pleased with the comfortable bedding, blankets, and seating. We appreciated the outdoor chairs being clean enough to sit on without having to clean them ourselves. The host was easy to contact, kindly responsive when we needed to call, very willing to answer our questions, and took care of a minor problem quickly and without any disruption to our stay.

Absolutely loved how cozy the house is. It felt really warm and welcoming. Hot tub was amazing and really loved how close to down town Ashville we were without being in it. Although it was just me and my wife on this trip, it would be great with another couple since there are 2 master suites.

Comfortable Stay Near Asheville

We had a wonderful stay at this property which was about 20 minutes to Asheville and within 10 minutes of shopping. From nice soaps to separate towels for the hot tub, the amenities were very thoughtful. There was plenty of room in this home and it was clean and comfortable.

Great location and host

The house was perfect for our stay. It’s a great location- close to Bent Creek, where we spent most of the time- the arboretum and downtown. The house was clean and had plenty of towels, extra blankets and cookware. Adam was quick to respond with any questions we had. We will certainly keep this place in mind if we visit again.

Great place!

What a wonderful little property with many bedrooms, including 2 masters. The linen cabinet was well stocked with bath towels, hot tub towels. The kitchens and bathrooms were also well stocked with starter supplies such as shampoo soap, laundry tabs, dryer sheets, and dishwasher tabs. The hot tub was indeed hot and kept up with the cooler November evening weather. Watch the step on the patio and getting in and out should be done carefully! We enjoyed our stay and we would totally come back!
