You can hear the highway from the room, not much they can do about that but still good to know if you’re a light sleeper.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was for the indoor pool because my sister was also going to stay there. When we go inside and check in they said the pool was under renovation. Simply ridiculous. Nowhere on the site did it mention this nor in the confirmation email. I feel like this is important information especially people with kids. The front employee did not apologize or even say what he could do for us. Also at breakfast not one napkin was available upon asking employee they never got us any we finally just starting looking through their cabinets and found some. Highly disappointed.

We were unable to get hotel keys, the refrigerator smelled horrible and was full of knats, the bathroom door was dirty, the carpet was not vaccumed.

The pool to me was very cold. The staff was very nice. I went with 2 kids and the second we walked in the room we were told to keep it down because the people under us had dogs and my son was walking too hard upsetting the dogs.
