petite maison, très mal isolée(chauffage manquant pour le bas) Cette location est certainement bien pour l’été mais en hiver la ville d’Argeles est morte à cette période tout est fermé !Seul avantage l’Espagne a 30 km

Semaine du 29 juin au 7 juillet

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine, l hebergement etait propres, les alentours et la piscine egalement. Bien situé et pas loins du centre. Juste petit bémol. Un seul jeu de clé et compliqué quand on loue avec un couple d amis et qu on a pas les memes activités de prévues.

UN AUTRE CHEZ SOI EN VACANCES

Appartement très fonctionnel avec des équipements de bonne qualité. Cette location doit être très appréciée l été car toute proche de la piscine. Parking sécurisé par un portail coulissant. Logement très propre, très bon accueil de la gérante et propriétaire disponible par tel si souci .

Bien dans l'ensemble mais pas Insonorisé

Nous sommes resté 1 semaine dans le logement. Les moins : - Maison mitoyenne, murs en cartons, on entend tout ce que font et disent les voisins (bruits de table, verres, toux...) jusqua minuit et demi...On était contents quand ils sont partis. - Adresse pas conforme à l'annonce nous avons été guidé par téléphone à notre arrivée pour trouver le lieu. - Pas de chance, piscine fermée à notre arrivée pour cause du Covid pas pu tester donc. - La TV du dessus ne capte pas bien les chaînes ( embout antenne femelle cassé remplacé par la mandataire par un embout mâle donc fonctionnait toujours pas au final, mais pas trop grave encore). Les plus : - Bon emplacement vers les commerces/plages/randos à proximité - La mandataire est tres sympa et arrangeante merci à elle pour les conseils. - Appart bien aménagé bons équipements tout ce qu'il faut. Conclusion : Dans l'ensemble bien mais le gros point noir c'est linsonorisation.

Location conforme au descriptif, Bien équipée, situation calme. Côte vermeille magnifique. Argelès-sur-Mer bondée en cette période... On vous conseille de venir avec vos vélos, très pratique pour se déplacer sur place.

Propriété très pratique, propre et bien équipée... J'ai même pu faire des crêpes !! L'emplacement est calme et sans vis à vis. Une petite pensée pour la personne qui se charge de l'accueil et du départ car au delà de sa gentillesse elle est très efficace en cas de pépin !
