The room was full of ants. Call and told the receptionist she said she would calll her manager and have her to call me which they never did. Went to the store and came back maintenance had sprayed the room while we were gone saying their would be no fumes. When we got in the room the fumes were so loud. Me and my husband sneezed and coughed all through his siser funeral which was uncomfortable. There were no apologies or we'll comidate you.

Checking in and out was easy. The room was spacious and clean. The shower grab bar was lose from the wall, glad we didn't need it because it would have been useless. The breakfast was hit or miss.

Our stay was perfect til bedtime in room 316. My ONLY complaint was that we had only blinds and the spotlight from the parking lot was shining right in the room so it looked like 4:00 in the afternoon. I mentioned this to the staff the first night and it was never addressed. Everything else was perfect but I sure would have loved to sleep in after traveling in the day before.
