In the heart of a hamlet not far from Arlempdes, the most beautiful village in France, this old farmhouse was completely renovated in 2020 to offer you a magnificent stay in Haute Loire in modern and spacious accommodation.

Ideally located, this cottage will allow you to visit a large number of tourist sites such as the Lac du Bouchet and the Gorges de l'Allier, the medieval Château d'Arlempdes, the Gorges de la Loire, the Estables sports resort at the foot of the Mézenc as well as the UNESCO monuments of Puy-en-Velay.

This cottage is ideal for meeting up and recharging your batteries with family or friends.

All shops and services in Costaros, 5kms. The large living room has a large fitted kitchen, a dining area and a living room (2 sofa beds are available). A bathroom and a separate toilet, as well as a laundry room (with washing machine and storage) complete the ground floor.

The sleeping area is located on a half-level and offers 3 bedrooms, all with shower room, a toilet and storage cupboards.

Upstairs, a double attic bedroom with a low ceiling will be ideal for children.

You will have a closed garage, an unfenced plot of land (3000m2), with private parking and a swing.

A very pleasant furnished terrace will welcome your sunny breakfasts or late aperitifs.

A spa is available in a separate room from the cottage.
