Perfekt fĂŒr lange oder kurze Pausen in der Sonne in Playa Las Americas, Teneriffa.

Die Villa ist das ganze Jahr ĂŒber in einer fantastischen Lage lassen - nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von allen Annehmlichkeiten, StrĂ€nde und Restaurants.

Die Villa ist eine große (200 m) 4-Zimmer-Haus in SĂŒdlage mit einem abgelegenen ummauerten Garten und im Osten und SĂŒdwesten ausgerichtete Terrassen. Es hat vier Schlafzimmer, drei mit eigener Dusche und WC, und eines mit en-suite Dusche, WC und Badewanne.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, der Meister hat ein Doppelbett und die anderen zwei Einzelbetten. Das vordere Schlafzimmer hat Blick auf den Pool zwar nicht ĂŒbersehen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen SĂŒd-West, mit Blick aufs Meer Terrasse, die durch die meisten des Jahres fĂ€ngt den Sonnenuntergang. Die TĂŒren öffnen sich vollstĂ€ndig um eine Innen- / Außenraum zu schaffen. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert.

Vor kurzem renoviert

Die Villa wurde kĂŒrzlich komplett zu einem hohen Standard renoviert. Es bietet Platz fĂŒr neun. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss verfĂŒgen ĂŒber zwei Einzelbetten in einem, drei in der anderen, einer hat TerrassentĂŒren in den Garten.

Abgeschieden, ummauerte Terrasse

Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit TerrassentĂŒren auf den SĂŒden ruhig gelegenen Garten, die Sonnenliegen, GartenstĂŒhle und Tische und einen Esstisch fĂŒr zehn unter einem elektrischen Baldachin hat.

KĂŒche, Wifi, Sat-TV und eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche.

Es gibt Wi-Fi mit einem KraftverstĂ€rker auf der obersten Etage, der Service ist sehr gut. Es hat auch Sat-TV, DVD-Player und iPod-Dockingstation und eine Bluetooth-Musikrohr, zwei Esstische mit Platz fĂŒr je sechs und zwei Sofas, zwei Sicherheitssafes.

KĂŒche mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, GeschirrspĂŒler und KĂŒhlschrank mit Gefrierfach und eine Waschmaschine. BĂŒgelbrett und BĂŒgeleisen. Es ist ein Kinderbett und Buggy zu mieten.
Die meisten Steckdosen sind elektrische / USB, so dass Sie Ihre Handys und Tabletten direkt in sie, kein USB-Stecker benötigt stecken.

Enloyable stay in an excellent centrally located villa.

Seven of us had a great stay is this conveniently located & well equipped villa. Situated in a quiet corner of the complex but still less than 20 seconds from the pool. Owner Phillip cud not have been more helpful, wud def rent again if we return to this part of Tenerife.

Perfect stay for Family

We are regular visitors to PDLA with the last 20 years and have to say that this villa is great. Perfect location, great facilities and great communication. Lovely items left in the fridge for us on arrival. The beds are so comfortable and the electrics and lighting are brilliant. Had a fabulous time. Can't wait to return again sometime gives

Lovely Villa in very convenient location.

Villa was just as described and worked well for our party of 8 friends on a “girls” holiday. The owner was very responsive throughout the whole booking process and our stay. We had a few small issues but they were dealt with quickly. The only real negative was access to the apartment complex on arrival as we all arrived at different times and mostly after the complex required a key to enter and not having that key (the owner did send one to us but it never arrived). The access issue was resolved by the Owner for us but once at the Villa it would have been nice to have 4 complex access keys (the Villa keys could be kept in the key safe at the Villa) as we were 4 sets of friends who were not together all the time during our stay but we managed. One other point to highlight was that there was a daily charge to use the sunbeds at the complex pool which was unexpected.

Amazing holiday

The apartment was absolutely spot on, newly renovated, tidy and had everything you could possibly need. Fully instructions on how everything works is supplied by the owner, along with postcards around the property to give you reminders which I thought was a nice touch. A/C in all bedrooms was great, and en-suites were at a great standard. Communication with the owner was easy via Whatapps or email. But had no issues and never needed to. We will be definitely look to return, the location is perfect with sea views from the main bedroom to wake up to every day. Great appartmemt and would highly recommend your next holiday here.

Really enjoyed our stay, brilliant location and very comfortable well equipped house. The complex is maintained really well, good supermarket and pool side bar is good for food. Just be aware: the pool is very strict with its rules so our teenagers preferred the beach.

The villa was perfect, vary spacious and modern. Has everything you need and the location is superb. We are a family of 7 and all loved it! We’ve stayed in PS 3 & 4 many times but this villa within PS2 has been the best. Great communication with the host and the flexible check-out option is a bonus. We’ll definitely be back! Almost perfect

Location is perfect and house is suitable for four couples. Air conditioning needs upgrading, two out of four devices were not functioning properly. Dishwasher is a bit old too, you can not tell the right program because the signs are worn off partly. I had to clean the shower heads off the dishwasher before they started to rotate. Filters of the air conditioners were very dirty and had to be washed. So, all in all, the age of the appliances shows. Otherwise I recommend the house wholeheartedly.

Superb property way exceeded expectations. The villa while being near all the bars and restaurants was actually in a very quiet corner of the complex. The villa itself was kitted out to a high standard and the layout was perfect for 2 families if needed. Best beaches are 5 minutes away and you get a great view of the sunset from the balcony.

House is beautiful well equipt by beach and amenities private. Need to pay for beds n umbrellaat pool.no smoking.two steps to get inside house kitchen n living area split level 2 more steps two bedrooms down stairs one step into first step into bathroom in other. So consider this if like us have mobility issue . Communication with Philip on watsap fantastic . You need one to run through reception to get to key safe at house to open gate as reception was often closed was a case of waiting for someone to access gates with a key so check your arrival time. Overall splendid house especially for family . Washer dish washer oven hobb tv Thankyou we enjoyed our stay and left it all clean stripped beds for cleaners thanks Philip Rob Jackie family

Warm Winter Break

We have just got back from a relaxing stay at this wonderful property. The villa is located in a perfect location, near the centre of Playa de las Americas a few metres from the beach. The accommodation is set back slightly from the main walkway making the garden area peaceful and private. From the balcony in the mornings we could watch the surfers riding waves, while in the evening we could see the sunset over the ocean. The property is very well equipped and furnished and all rooms were comfortable. Throughout our stay the owner kept in touch and responded very quickly to any requests for assistance. After one week we were very sad to leave but our looking forward to returning next year.

60th Birthday Celebration

Stayed with my wife and four other friends Feb 11th to 18th. The villa is a lovely property with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The property is in a lovely central location close to The Patch and less than five minute walk down to the sea with the nearest sandy beach around a ten minute walk. We arrived at the property around 11:00 am and we’re able to drop off our cases and get changed, with the property fully available around 12:00. All in all a brilliant holiday with many thanks to Philip, the owner, for letting us holiday in his beautiful villa.

Ideal location and apartment

Situated in Santiago II. A couple of minutes walk to the sea with shops and a McD, (and surfers paradise apparently). A couple of minutes the other way to bars, cafes, and a decent supermarket. The apartment was ideal for 8 of us, each en-suite. Roomy with a nice outdoor patio area. Main bedroom has decent view of the sea and sunset. Well appointed kitchen. Large nice shared pool in middle of complex (opens 10am people were queing), with a nice cafe (used) & snack bar (not used). Sunbeds cost E3.50/5.00 pd which you have to use. Philip was quick to provide and answer questions. Ideal staycation

Fantastic accommodation

We have rented several different properties in Playa de las Americas over the years but this Villa is by far the best. The facilities were excellent and the aircon was vey much appreciated with temperature being 37C when we arrived. Communication wit Philip was fast and easy and really helped us to enjoy our stay.

Fantastic Accommodation and Location

The Villa was amazing and in a great location in a very secure and quiet complex. The highlight for us was the outside space / garden where we able to meet as a family and spend time hanging out or having food day or night. Check in was easy and the place was spotless when we arrived. The villa has access to a nice pool area which wasn’t too busy any time we went. It was great to have lovely views of the sea from the main bedroom balcony too.

Impressive house in a fantastic location for our family of 7.

Very well appointed house which catered perfectly for our needs for the week. The rooms were spacious and the ensuites were modern and clean. Beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Outdoor area was well furnished with an eating area and cushioned sun loungers. Key for side gate just needs a wiggle to open other than that, we had no complaints about this fabulous property.

Amazing 5* stay

Had the pleasure of renting this immaculate villa for my husbands 60th birthday with the family. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Location of the villa was pretty much beach front and Parque Santiago 11 is a lovely complex. You did have to pay to hire the sunbeds at the pool but to be honest I felt this was a small price to pay for the upkeep of the area. Pool bar recently done up and good food and service provided

Home from home in the sun

This apartment was everything we hoped for & more ,excellent complex & location. The owner really has thought of everything you need for a fantastic holiday,beautifully decorated and furnished & equipped to a very high standard. Communication with the owner was excellent,we had one small problem when we got there which was sorted out straightaway. We would definitely recommend this property ,it was the nicest holiday home we’ve ever stayed in and hope to return again .

Lokatie, mogelijkheden en ruimte...

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze luxe geschakelde villa. de locatie van de villa in het complex is top. Je verblijft zeer prive en de zonsondergang vanaf het terras is een echte bonus. Het hele huis is fris en modern ingericht. Slaapkamers en badkamers zijn ruim. Terras is lekker prive. De locatie is top! Overal dicht bij. Zwembad is ook goed, wel betalen voor bedjes. Goed contact met de huurder. We komen graag weer!

Family house, warm weather required.

Family house with plenty bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice big outside terrace with large table and upstairs smaller balcony. Nice kitchen with everything you need. The living space indoors is quite small, on cooler nights we could not eat as a family at one table. We had to pay extra for a simple high chair and baby travel bed. This should be included in the rental price, it should er part of a family house, especially as it is advertised as part of the inventory. Parking is an issue and quite difficult. Nice heated pool on the property, though you have to pay for the beds, the mattresses and umbrellas. Makes it quite pricey if you want to swim daily with a group of 7. Every day renovation work was going on. For us it was a comfortable stay, especially with small children. Quite a lot of noise from drunken people outside on weekend days. It is a nice house if you don’t want to travel around and if you like a very touristic place.

Excellent Villa

Beautiful villa on a nice complex and centrally located yet quiet. Fully equipped kitchen was great and there would be no problem cooking in every night, although we ate out most evenings. The terrace and upstairs balcony are very nice with everything you need such as large table, seats, sun loungers and electric sun canopies. Bedrooms and bathrooms all smart and modern. Bedrooms have aircon. Pool area was lovely with a poolside bar. For info, the pool is salt water and you pay for sunbeds/umbrellas. Great communication with Philip from start to finish. Added bonus was a late checkout, which we only requested on the day. Would recommend and would return.
