Perfectly situated just 2 km from Arta and 10 km from some of the best beaches on the island (such as Cala Torta, Cala Agulla, Cala Ratjada), protected by mature trees, surrounded by more than 3,000 square metres of private gardens, and built to an exceptionally high standard, Villa Es Comella is sure to impress. The property can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, in a truly idyllic setting, miles away from daily routine, pollution, and stress. Spend long days relaxing by the private pool, enjoy a pleasant walk through the surrounding forests, or savour a delicious al fresco dinner on the terrace: Villa Comella will be the secret ingredient for an unforgettable holiday!
Inside, the villa is spread over 2 floors and accessed via a private country lane ensuring total privacy and quiet. The entrance is through the main door and leads into the open-plan living/kitchen/dining area. Filled with natural light and featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly to the outdoors, this area is perfect for spending time together. The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels only), and Wi-Fi internet. The specially designed kitchen (with dining table) is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. On the ground floor, there are 2 cosy twin bedrooms (both with air conditioning), 1 family bathroom with a shower, and 1 additional WC. The master bedroom suite (with air conditioning) is located on the upper floor and is a true delight. It features its own bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to a private terrace with stunning countryside views. The interiors have been carefully designed to provide elegant details and modern comforts, while also offering a homely feel in deep connection with the surrounding unspoilt nature. Many traditional materials, such as wooden beams and local stone, have been widely used and carefully blended with modern elements.
The outdoor areas of Villa Comella are equally unique. In addition to the extensive woodland surrounding the area, the villa boasts its own 3,000 m² solarium areas with lawn, shrubs, and a large private pool measuring 4.5 x 9.5 m (with outdoor shower beside the pool). A true oasis of tranquillity, where you can spend unforgettable days under the Mallorcan sun, enjoying total privacy, seclusion, and the gentle sound of birds. For outdoor dining enthusiasts, there are spacious terraces with a dining table and a Weber barbecue, as well as rattan sofas. You can also enjoy a ping pong table.

Information to keep in mind:
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
