We stayed for one evening, after walking around the Estate and gardens. We ordered room service which was delicious (the chicken was absolutely amazing) and the food service staff was great! We didn’t spend a lot of time looking around the Inn but the fireplace was very inviting, the bed was absolutely wonderful and the stay was wonderful. Would stay again!

Our stay at The Inn on Biltmore Estate over the Christmas holiday was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning setting - the views were breathtaking, and the holiday decorations created such a warm and festive atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable, especially for our 8-year-old daughter. They catered to her so thoughtfully during our stay, particularly during our dinner in the Dining Room. The meal was absolutely delicious, and the staff made her feel so special that she’s still raving about it! The Inn’s attention to detail, exceptional service, and serene ambiance made every moment feel like a dream. Whether it was enjoying the cozy fire, exploring the estate, or simply taking in the beauty of the surroundings, we loved every second of our stay. If you’re looking for a place to create unforgettable holiday memories, we wholeheartedly recommend the Inn at the Biltmore. We can’t wait to return!

We had our engagement in the library at the main house and stayed at the Inn it was fabulous! They are still cleaning up the grounds from Hellene but have done a remarkable job!

We had a great stay, my only complaints would be that there was no hot water for the shower or bathrooms. Being that the temperature was in the 30’s this made it unpleasant. The gentlemen at the front desk said “this is an issue we keep hearing about and are trying to work on it.”

A 53rd anniversary gone bad

We were offered a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for our 53rd anniversary. It never arrived until late in the evening after we had asked for it before dinner.While dressing for dinner a turn down was offered but as we were dressing we asked the lady to please come while we were at dinner. She never came back. In the morning we had to take cold showrers because there was no hot water. The front desk gave us a financial credit but the room still cost over $500 and it cant replace a problem filled 53rd annivarsary.

The room was lovely. The staff were all friendly and courteous The shuttle drivers were entertaining and prompt. As a senior, being dropped off close to the mansion as well as the other buildings, was extremely helpful to me. Even though we had a car, the shuttle was a great way to get from place to place on the Biltmore property.
