Disliked: Cleanliness
This rental flooded and I was forced to move out. There was water coming down from the ceiling and walls and collecting on the floor. There was an actual river flowing through the living room. It was also freezing cold as upstairs atrium windows were left open to the outside temperature and when I asked if they could be closed, I was told no. I took video footage of the flood and tried to send it to VRBO but their platform would not accept the videos and I still have not been refunded, despite the fact I was in the rental for only a few days of my three week rental. I have since uploaded the video to my Instagram, so please visit ACraftyArab and you can see for yourselves the impossible living conditions this rental provided.
