Villa La Primavera is set amongst 15,000 sqm. (almost four acres) of gardens with manicured lawns, statues, and cypress and olive trees. The grounds also include a pool (open May to September) and a large, furnished terrace for outdoor dining.In its entirety, the property consists of four separate buildings; The main villa with seven bedrooms (sleeping 12 guests), a Dependence with one bedroom (sleeping two guests), the Owner\'s home, and a family Chapel. The outdoor areas of the villa (garden, pergola and pool) are completely private for the guests\' use. The owner\'s home and her garden are separated from the guests\' area.MAIN VILLA -GROUND FLOOR: Features a living room with fireplace, large dining room, fully equipped kitchen, small sitting room, two guest toilets, and a beautiful winter garden.

FIRST FLOOR: Offers a grand living room, study/office, and two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with tub and handheld shower.

UPPER FLOOR: Features a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and four other bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 singles) sharing two bathrooms.

The DEPENDENCE: Consists of two floors each with independent access (i.e. the two floors are not connected). On the ground floor is an entrance with living area. The first floor has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (tub with handheld shower), a studio room with a sofabed (suitable for a child), and a nicely equipped kitchen. OUTDOOR: A private, outdoor lounge area located at the entrance of the villa features sofas and umbrellas. The beautiful rear terrace leads to the dependence, the pool area, and the parking area (accessed by passing through the owner\'s property). On the right of the terrace is the owner and staff house, and on the left is another house not belonging to the property.Included in the rental price: Breakfast, utilities, electricity/AC (up to 15 kwh/day), Internet Wi-FiAvailable upon request at additional cost: Wine tasting, guided tours, chef service, cooking lessons, tennis lessons, horseback riding, and private driver.
