Durant Condos are only two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen.

Please note the Durant property does not have an elevator. Guests will access this first-floor condo via stairs. There are two small flights of stairs to the condo from the parking area.

Complex amenities at the Durant Condominiums include an on-site heated pool and hot tub, an outdoor grill, on-site laundry facilities, and free on-site parking. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis; one assigned spot per unit. This complex has no elevator. The Durant Condominiums have ski-in access from Aspen Mountain!
