#201 is a second floor corner unit with ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom. The bedrooms provide a variety of sleeping arrangements, offering a king bed, a split king bed, and two twin beds. The kitchen has been completely redone and bathrooms have been renovated. There is a dining area for 6 and plenty of seating in the living room. Outside there is a wraparound balcony with beautiful mountain views.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Frequent and convenient free bus service to all four ski mountains is just one block away. We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home in addition to a wood-burning fireplace in each unit. Great location!

Condo was in a great location, close to downtown shops and restaurants and the free ski shuttle bus stops right out front. The condo had a well equipped kitchen and lovely wood burning fireplace. The wood was provided. My only complaint was the cable tv service was buffering constantly and didn’t even work in the bedrooms. It was March Madness so we were trying to watch the games. Otherwise, great place! We would stay there again.

Excellent property!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Aspen property! The unit has everything you need! Beautiful views from both inside the condo and the deck! We walked everywhere! So close to shops and restaurants! Condo was very well insulated and heard minimal noise from either above or below us as the unit is on the 2nd floor. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend this property!

Great rental, great skiing - cut short by coronavirus

Lift One is a great location - property management, housekeeping were also great to deal with. Trip cut short due to mountain closure. Will hopefully be back next season.

Convenient but busy street

This condo was comfortable, convenient and clean! Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved be close to town but this street is the street the buses come down at all hours. It’s fine if you are used to that street noise but we had to mask the noise with fans at night. This condo has nice bathrooms, kitchen, comfortable beds, large patio for people watching and a community pool and hot tub.
