Are you looking to enjoy the beach and have some peace and quiet? Here is the ideal house in Assérac, where relaxing holidays await you. You will be able to walk to the beach to swim and enjoy the warm sand. You will also be able to enjoy the outdoor space of the house, its large enclosed garden will be ideal for sunbathing, reading and sipping a fresh juice whilst the children have fun there. And of course, you will love gathering there for good barbecues.
Inside, you will find a lounge-dining room, where you will enjoy sharing good meals or watching a film on the television. As for the kitchen, it is very well equipped, you will find induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first with a double bed, ideal for parents, and another upstairs with three single beds, which will delight the children.
The house also has a mezzanine, a cosy corner where you can retreat in peace to read.
For maximum comfort, the house also has a shower room, two toilets, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a barbecue, a high chair, a radio and two parking spaces (do not park in the dead end).
