The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming house for rent in Assérac, situated around 700 metres from the beach. It has a floor area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests. It comprises a lovely 55 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with bath and shower) and a garden of around 450 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
- A 55 m² living area with a lounge area (sofa and armchairs), dining area and kitchen
- A kitchen with a central island, equipped with the following: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bedroom 3: with a single bed
- Bedroom 4: with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A shower room with shower and toilet
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
- A utility room

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: garden furniture (table, chairs and armchairs), barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
A lovely 450 m² garden divided into two parts:
- An enclosed garden at the rear of the house covering 200 m² (facing east-south-east) with a terrace to enjoy sunny days
- An open garden at the front of the house covering 250 m² (facing west-south-west)

The house is ideally situated in Pont Mahé (in the commune of Assérac), in a very pleasant setting, surrounded by pine trees and right by the sea.

Activities:
- The sea is within walking distance (700 m) with Pont Mahé beach (a Natura 2000 protected site),
- The countryside nearby with walks along paths around the house,
- A wide range of places to visit in the surrounding area: La Mine d’Or beach in Pénestin, the medieval town of Guérande, La Roche-Bernard, the salt marshes, the Brière Nature Park…

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.
