Property was nice but the food in both restaurants was not good. Given the cost of staying there - which is almost double comparable properties - having bad food was extremely disappointing. We ended up going to nearby resorts to eat. Until they improve that aspect of the resort, we will not go back and I would not recommend it to others

Bonjour, comme échangé avec vous nous avons été surpris que notre paiement n'ait pas été communiqué à l'hotel ce qui nous amis dans une situation désagréable de devoir justifier le prélevement. Reponse de l'hotel nous n'avons pas de contrat avec hotel.com et Expedia. Première surprise. deuxième surprise , ils nous ont demandé de repayer une deuxième fois ce qu'on a refusé et de vous demander le remboursement. Le responsable Accor de cote d'ivoire et le responsable de l'hotel n'ont vraiment pas été facilitant alors que nous avions tout réglé et pris en otge. concernant l'hotel le restaurant était fermé donc obligé de prendre la voiture et aller manger à 4 kms étrange pour un 4 étoiles du groupe Accor. la piscine était fermée pour entretien en pleine periode de fêtes et la chambre avait une fuite d'eau dans les toilettes avec un seau pour récupérer la fuite , pas de rideaux au fenêtres de la chambre , et la pluie qui entrait par toutes les fenêtres. Je ne suis vraiment pas sur de vouloir p repasser par Hotel.com pour ces motifs d'accueil, encore moins avec ACCOR pour leur hospitalité et plus jamais dans cet hotel. nous n'avons jamais eu de problème avec vous , ni avec ACCOR mais là j'aurai du mal à revenir. Avez vous un contrat avec cet hotel? Pourquoi nous disent ils que non et qu'ils obligent les clients à repayer? aujourd'hui encore je peux reserver par votre site cet hotel.... que va t'il se passer si on se représente? je souhaiterai un dédommagement.
