Large newly renovated studio at first floor apartment in a central location. 50 meters from Via Alfieri, the pedestrian area in the center of Asti. Very convenient to all services; close to the best restaurants and the Asti nightlife. Equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. It is just outside the ZTL and there are paid parking lots in front of the entrance or large free parking lots 100 meters from the property. The Langhe, Alba, Barolo and all the typical "wine villages" are 20 minutes away by car.
