The staff was exceptionally helpful do to the fact that the key fob to enter the rooms did not work. And they had to manually open doors for us. It turned out not to be a problem at all. Thanks to the efficiency.

Room was clean (as declared by my mother who is a long time housekeeper) and staff was helpful and friendly. Carpets are hideous and bed was creaky and not very comfortable. However, every other aspect from free breakfast to peacefullness was perfect for us. We would definitely stay again.
