This luxurious estate is situated in the scenic rolling hills of Westside Atascadero, which is equidistant from both San Luis Obispo & Paso Robles. It offers a tranquil and peaceful environment where you can relax & unwind. The spacious Casetta comprises a king-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, private laundry, walk-in shower & expansive outdoor patio area with multiple seating options. You can enjoy the breathtaking views while relaxing in the rock waterfall hot tub. Your getaway awaits.

This is a spacious 1-bedroom studio furnished with high-end furniture from Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware. The king-sized bed has an Avocado pillow-top mattress and Thuma bed frame. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking essentials, pans, and dishes. All appliances are new, including a dishwasher and refrigerator. The studio also features a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a walk-in closet, and a large armoire for clothes storage. Additionally, there is a private designated parking area with direct access to the studio.

In the front pasture, there is a miniature donkey as well as some baby doll sheep which are both adorable.

The owner is severely allergic to pet dander and hair and therefore we cannot accommodate pets. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Upon your arrival, you will enter through an iron gate. You will see two designated parking spots with a private walkway that leads to the French door entrance of the studio. You will have access to the patio areas surrounding the studio, which offer multiple secluded and private seating options. Additionally, you will have exclusive access to the rock waterfall hot tub.

The owner will respect your privacy but can be reached if you there is an issue that needs immediate attention.

ADDRESS ALERT- The home is located on the left side, before the end of the street. The address is displayed on the mailbox. It is NOT the 2 homes at the end of the street. Please do not disturb those neighbors.

The owner and his daughter lives in the main house. They will not use the hot tub during your stay.
