When checking out did not receive our 20 percent off food and beverages purchased at hotel. Left early in the morning and staff member didn’t understand so paid full amount. Location was a bit noisy at times. Room was average to good.

Great stay, hotel very clean and tidy. Staff working mostly friendly. Breakfast OK but not for us personally. Rooftop bar not very busy some evenings we were the only people here, so lacking atmosphere. Perfect location for exploring the best parts of Athens. We would stay again.

Hotel was just okay.. I stayed for one night since I had to catch my flight early morning, and service could have been better. The receptionist was not welcoming, and it seemed like they pick and choose to see who they want to give a smile or a dull look at (I obviously got the “what do you need?” look). For the price I paid, this hotel was just whatever.

The customer service from the staff was very poor. I asked for a bottle of water, I was told that they could not even provide it and I had to go buy it at the shops. We also wanted to store our bags and they couldn’t accommodate. Worst customer service.

The hotel has a traditional feel and, while it may lean towards business travelers, it was just right for our holiday trip as three friends. The location was excellent—close to Plaka and Monastiraki, with most places we wanted to visit within a 15-minute walk. The immediate surroundings aren’t the prettiest, but just a couple of blocks away the area feels much nicer. The room was on the smaller side (quite typical for Athens), but the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, with a great large shower. We did notice some street noise, though it wasn’t too bothersome. The hotel has a great view of the Acropolis from the top floor, where they serve breakfast and drinks/snacks. Overall, a convenient and comfortable option in the heart of Athens.

The hotel has a nice ambience. Great employees at the bar in the evening. Positive reviews great location, plenty of restaurants and shopping. Beds not that comfortable but for a few nights will be tolerable . Very loud through the night but with earplugs you should be fine if you're a light sleeper. Would return again.
