Very nice and clean apartment

It’s a apartment, that’s even better than the description! Very clean, you can find everything that you need like it’s your own household. Our renter was very kind and helpful. He replied every question fast and recommended us places that are worth to visit. The location is very good wich contains many restaurant, shops and supermarkets. A metro station is also near by. We were very very happy with our choice and would rent the apartment again.

Wonderful apartment near center of Athens

The apartment is beautifully furnished and includes all necessary equipment you might need. It’s very close to the Akropolis as well as lots of bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and many shops nearby. The hosts were very kind and helpful during our entire stay. Definitely highly recommended!

Mr. Illias is a perfect host. He will be waited for us and gived many tipps via Athen, the Appartement and greek Restaurants around the place. In the Appartement extremly clean and what ever you need, you can find it. - kitchen with many machines / Esspresso/stove/..... - two bedrooms with doublebed -bathroom with shower and beautiful view via athen - balkony with chillout area... The Appartement is very Central, Metro, Bus, Taxis, supermarket, Restaurants, Pubs... what ever you want, within walking distance Perfekt accommodation for a City Trip

Eine tolle Wohnung in einer tollen Umgebung. CafĂ©s, Bars, Restaurants..alles innerhalb von 1 Minute zu erreichen. Koukaki ist ein netter Bezirk. Der Vermieter war super freundlich und hat eine schöne große, perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer traumhaften Terrasse zu bieten...

Wonderful stay in Athens

We absolutely loved the apartment. It was beautiful and the balcony was exceptional. It was centrally located to easily get to all the sites we wanted to visit. After a nice dinner to come back and relax on the balcony with a glass of wine was perfect. The liquor store and grocery store were an easy short walk. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials.

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities

A friend and I stayed one night then my family joined me and my friend left for the next part of her vacation. Our only problem was figuring out the washer and dryer. Didn’t also know sbout button to heat water. But all minor. Comfortable, clean and host was excellent. Highly recommended.

Fabulously upscale place in a comfortably real neighborhood

Beautifully renovated, serene and comfortable apartment with patio, powerful AC, all mod cons, in a somewhat scruffy looking but completely safe and congenial neighborhood full of cafes, restaurants, minimarts and pharmacies. Easy 15 minute walk straight to Acropolis metro stop and Plaka. Ilias and Aras were wonderfully warm and welcoming hosts and their place feels like a very posh home, not a soulless corporate apartment. Very highly recommended!

Loved the Sun Apartment

Great uncrowded, quiet location. Just the two of us, but appreciated the second bedroom to store suitcases and charge devices. Ilias has thought of every detail and his website provides so much helpful information. Wonderful nearby Farmers Market on Friday. Lots of great restaurants and bakeries close by. Loved the terrace with all the flowers. Fabulous hosts who greet you and make you feel so welcome.

Beautiful spacious apartment in the midst of Koukaki. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Plaka within walking distance for shopping and additional restaurants. Close to Acropolis museum. Perfect location and home away from home

I’m traveling with my college roommate, both 69, and so enjoyed the location, close to a grocery store, corridors of outdoor restaurants, and a 15 minute walk to the Acropolis. The hosts were always quick to respond, answering questions and giving tips, and made an early morning trip to give us hugs and wish us safe travels. I highly recommend this fully equipped apartment, with a comfortable patio/balcony and super decor.

Amazing!

We loved absolutely everything about this apartment! Spent a lot of time on the balcony, which was even a wonderful place to be in the rain. A wonderful modern apartment

We spent 3 nights in Athens and it was apparent, the hosts fully prepped the modern and beautifully laid out apartment of everything needed to accommodate our stay with ease. Places to eat and supermarkets were close by. The bus stop was right outside the apartment building and in 15 minutes you could be at the entrance to the Acropolis

Fabulous Place!

Starting out with a perfect intro to the apartment by Ilias, it was a great stay. A perfect location to everything to see in Athens and a short walk to metro for trip to/from airport. Coffee provided. Juice and a few snacks provided. Comfy beds. Outside terrace super nice. Pleasant local neighborhood. My Grandson enjoyed watching YouTube during downtown in the fully equipped TV - Netflix, Prime Video, chromecast, etc. Quiet location. I would totally recommend staying at Ilias’ beautiful apartment.

The property was exactly as advertized. It was well equipped and perfect for a base to see all the sites of the city. Ilias was in contact before we arrived, sent us a message as we left the airport and made sure we had all the information required to arrive safely. The service was as great as the property. Perfect Location

My husband, teenage daughter and I stayed at Ilias's rental for 2 nights before heading to our Greek cruise. This rental is in the perfect location, close to stores, restaurants and about a 12 minute walk to the Acropolis museum and subway station. The grocery store was about a 5 min walk from the rental. Pharmacy’s were in abundance near the rental for the required Covid test for our cruise. The rental was clean and comfortable with provision for extra bath towels, washing detergent for the washer. There was also a dryer which was an added bonus. Ilias always responded quickly and met us on arrival to check us in. He was also responded quickly during our stay to answer questions. The terrace was comfortable and cool especially during the morning when we sat outside to enjoy breakfast. The location is around other apartments so there are not really any significant views except a small bit of Acropolis can be seen from a standing position on the terrace. So if you are looking for a rental with panoramic views this is not the one, however all of the other benefits of staying at this location make up for that. I highly recommend this location and would stay here again if visiting Athens.

Awesome accommodations

This apartment is one of the best I’ve stayed in during all my travels. The pictures are accurate. It’s very clean and modernized. It is also in a great location with all variety of restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries just steps down the street. If you are in great shape and a good walker, you can easily walk to the Acropolis area where the ruins are. Ilias was very warm and accommodating and was easily accessible via WhatsApp for any questions (I hope you feel better real soon Ilias!) Overrall our group had a great time and I’d definitely stay in this apartment again if available!

You will love this apartment for your Athens stay!.

Ilias is a wonderful host, we really felt he cared about our comfort in the apartment - his attention to every detail really shows. You will love the apartment, new appliances and fixtures, outdoor shaded balcony and local restaurants just around the corner. About a half mile from just about everything you might want to do on your visit. We hope to be back someday!

Great apartment, great location

We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks. We had booked for 6 weeks but unfortunately the COVID-19 pandemic cut our vacation short. In the time we were there we found the apartment looked exactly like the pictures shown on VRBO. The apartment was clean, there was plenty of places to sit in the living room as well as on the patio. All the appliances are top brands and new. The owner is available by email or messenger within a few hours. He even permitted us to bring a set of keys home to mail back after our self isolation in case we encountered problems with our flights home and needed to return to the apartment. The location is great with a bakery next door, grocery store about 2 blocks away and a pedestrian street with various restaurants and cafés about a 1-minute walk away. There is a bus stop right in front of the building and the metro about a 6-7-minute walk away. We were the people staying for the longest period so far at this location and as a result, we cooked a lot of meals. The basics for cooking meals are there even though we could have used a small number of additional items such as a spatula etc. (we will send a short list to the owner as suggestions). We would certainly recommend this place to anyone interested in visiting Athens. It is not in the middle of the busy tourist areas but within a 20-30 minute walk to the main attractions.

Beautiful, comfortable, great location

The inside of the apartment is beautifully decorated in modern style, the beds and sofa.very comfortable, great wifi, walking distance (less than 5 min) to cafes and restaurants, grocery stores, coffee, pharmacy. About 1 mile to see acropolis, acropolis museum, Plaka. Very comfortable place to stay and friendly kind host!! Highly recommended.
