Great location and staff. Annie made our stay AMAZING. She had the best recommendations, was always available to help us and made us feel so special and welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and the shower had very hot water which was great for relaxing. They also offer massage services and helped us order food whenever we didn't want to go out. The hotel had a wonderful view from the rooftop pool and a couple of bus/tram stations nearby which made getting around very convenient.

We stayed in the Athesense suites for 1 week in early Dec 2024. The hotel itself is lovely - clean, modern design and with great roof terrace with views to the Acropolis - including from the heated pool (slightly bigger than hot tub size, but perfect for a dip or to play with kids). The family suite was perfect for our family of 4 - our kids loved having their very own upstairs bedroom, bathroom and terrace! Staff at the hotel are exceptional - friendly, happy and super helpful. Location wise the hotel is in walking distance of all the main attractions. Admittedly the neighbourhood doesn’t look anything special, but once you get used to it, it’s actually very good with nearby 24hr shop that does good coffee, cheese pie bakery (when in Athens…) and some local restaurants and bars. Also only short walk to Fika (very nice bakery) and Le Greche (best ice cream). Overall I would highly recommend Athesense suites to anyone planning a trip to Athens.

Good location within walking distance to tram, buses, metro. Near the shopping areas, has AB supermarket nearby. Lots of dining options a few blocks away. Even though it's on a busy street, our suite was quiet and the beds were so comfortable and clean. Will definitely return and recommend it. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We loved staying here. We were on a 5 week holiday from NZ and we had 9 hotels booked to stay at between the UK, Europe and Singapore. This by far was our favorite due to location, service and cleanliness. First off the receptionist who greeted us on the first day was so amazing and helpful. She gave us tips on where to eat and she was spot on with her recommendations. Very close within walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this accommodation to everyone and would stay here again! Thank you for making our holiday an enjoyable one!!

Good value for the location

Very central location. It is a bit loud downstairs since it’s right on the busy commercial street. But it calms down at night. The contactless service took a bit getting used to, but it worked out when they sent the entrance codes a few hours before the start of the booking. The concierge is in the building around the corner and they’re quite responsive online so it worked out well. The room was nice. The building seems still somewhat under construction. Overall, a good value for the price.

It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Plaka, through some dingy areas. The room was modern and clean. The bed wasn’t completely made up. The safe was locked. The price was right, though.

We recently stayed at Athesense suites in Greece, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location was ideal—just outside the busy area, offering a quieter atmosphere, but still very walkable to nearby attractions and restaurants. The highlight of the stay was the rooftop pool with breathtaking views of the Acropolis. It’s truly a sight you don’t want to miss, especially at sunset! The room itself was spotless, and I really appreciated the attention to cleanliness. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days of sightseeing. The shower was excellent as well, with strong water pressure and modern fixtures—perfect for unwinding. Overall, this hotel is a gem in Athens. Clean, comfortable, and the rooftop views alone are worth it! I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the roof top pool with a fantastic view of the Acropolis. The room was clean, had a comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom with a great showerhead. The neighborhood is not the nicest, but just a short walk to the Acropolis. We walked right past the hotel at first because it looked more like a salon than a hotel.

This is a great option for Athens if you want to be CLOSE to the Acropolis and main sites but not *right* in the middle of the tourist area. You can find some fantastic restaurants a few blocks away.

The hotel was in the best location. Lots of dining and shopping options. 10 minutes walk to the Acropolis. Very nice view of the Acropolis from the pool. My only dislike is the views from the room was not so nice. And the hotel didn’t have no restaurant. But other than that. We loved it and would recommend it.
