The problem started at entry, as we were not met by the porperty manager as we were expecting. Our taxi driver phoned her using a number by the key-safe and got the code.In the apartment, it was freezing cold, and there were no written instructions on how to operate the heating, the showers, the ovens etc. etc. No instructions as what to do with the rubbish, no tea towel, no supply of bin liners. On the plus side, the manager was helpful in giving advice about directions and travel.
