A great hotel ruined by noisy nightclub neighbors blasting dance music until 3am Thurs/Friday thru Sunday and air conditioning that barely worked. Otherwise the rooms are really big, clean, and a great staff made me really want to love this hotel but I need sleep #1 from a hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located. Easy to walk to many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is outstanding -- very friendly, helpful and available. However, the rooms have too little storage (drawers/closet) and the bathroom lighting was not sufficient. Additionally, the elevators stop at half floors -- and first start nearly one full flight of stairs from street level -- so this is not convenient if you have multiple pieces of luggage (i.e., if you are embarking on a cruise or are on an extended holiday). Bottom line -- the quality of the staff made up for any inconveniences. They truly are exceptional.
