2nd level (Attic): 100sq meters open-plan attic with a Queen size bed and a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The lift does not reach this level.

Lower garden level: Large living room and fully equipped kitchen that lead on to the garden and pool area. Close to the living room is a guest w.c. with a shower. Leading off the living room are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a Queen size bed. Near the second bedroom is a bathroom with a shower and a washing room.
