The staff were great. Only issue is that there was a bath but no shower! There was a shower nozzle in the bath but without a shower screen or anywhere to hold the shower nozzle it only made a mess

Great hotel & comfortable room

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located to center of everything, restaurants, bars and shops. One thing is just there are many graffiti in Athens so you might think it’s a bit concerning initially, but that’s overall how the city is.

The service was 5-star! Anastasia ensured everything was taken care of. She was like a personal valet, watching out for us, giving us recommendations, making sure breakfast was exactly how we wanted, coordinating to be sure our minor maintenance issue (a lightbulb was out) was fixed immediately. The staff carried our luggage up.and down the stairs so we didn't have to. Top notch!

This was an ok accommodation - location was the best thing about the property. Room was mediocre - staff gave us MULTIPLE wrong references and information that seemed to contradict details we discovered on our own. It is located in a wonderful, walkable area however with many shops, eateries, taverns and coffee shops around. We also walked to the Acropolis from this hotel. Although we paid for a VIP and room upgrade, we did not receive any of those benefits, sadly. Don't think we would return to this property.

This residence is very nice overall, clean rooms, modern design, and a perfect location in Athens. The only major downside is that there’s no elevator, which wasn’t disclosed ahead of time. Our room was up a steep, winding flight of stairs, and while staff helped bring our bags up at check-in, no one came to assist us at checkout despite confirming a time and calling down for help. We ended up struggling with heavy suitcases ourselves as two small girls. To make matters worse, as we passed by the lobby, the same staff member was sitting there alone with no other guests waiting, choosing not to assist us. This left us feeling dismissed and disappointed after what was otherwise a lovely stay. Beautiful property and great stay otherwise, but not very travel-friendly if you have large luggage or mobility concerns.

We enjoyed everything about this property. The staff was very friendly, including the front desk and the bartenders. Everyone was very hospitable and very helpful. The room was very clean and very modern. The location was convenient and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go being that. We only stayed in Athens for two nights. We can’t wait to come back!
