Walk to 5Points for dinner /drinks, or stay home and relax on the lovely patio complete with a fountain, TV/soundbar, fire pit table and string lights. Enjoy comfortable interior spaces or cook in the gourmet kitchen, entertain family and friends, and enjoy all that the Classic City has to offer.

With ample off-street parking and every detail attended to, this is a high-end rental for the most discriminating guests.

The space:
Gourmet kitchen with Wolf gas cooktop, All-Clad cookware, & well stocked cooking tools. Bedrooms feature super soft Garnet Hill bedding with feather beds & down-fill comforters. Exterior spaces feature a fire pit with additional seating, a Big Green Egg and a Gas Grill. The enclosed patio has a soothing fountain, string lights, 2 heaters (for chilly fall evenings) & a gas fire pit table. Large living and dining spaces accommodate a crowd. The master bath features a His and Hers side and a walk in sauna.

Upstairs there are 3 additional bedrooms-one with a balcony that overlooks the patio space.
