Convenient location and we appreciated the 24 hr security at the front door. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was great to have a private bathroom for each bedroom. Our host kept in touch and checked in on us to make sure we were settled in.

The unit had a great layout and was clean on the surface, but it could benefit from a deep clean — there was visible dirt and dust on the doors and molding.The main concern was safety and security. There were obvious drug deals taking place right outside the front door and several homeless individuals in the area. While I understand the host cannot control this, guests should be aware of the safety concerns, especially if traveling alone or with children.The front and balcony door knobs were loose and drafty. The balcony door did not lock at all. We immediately contacted the host, who responded promptly and stated that maintenance would be notified. Due to the drafty doors, along with the street, hallway, and wind noise, sleeping was difficult — definitely bring earplugs if you need a good night’s rest.There were only three coffee mugs available. There was enough silverware and plates to get by, but they were stored in an unorganized manner.The host was in constant contact and replied quickly.

Wonderful location, and spacious apartment with good views. Stayed here for 3 nights for a conference. Close and walkable to the GWCC and the Benz stadium. Some people loiter around the building late night, but it never felt unsafe walking back at night around 11pm. The 24/7 concierge is useful. The apartment is close to the elevator, so there is some noise, but definitely not bothersome.

This home was very clean and cozy! The hostess stayed in constant communication daily and we did not have to reach out to her for anything at all. Location was in the center of everything we needed for our stay while attending the Woman Evolve Conference. We enjoyed every moment! Thank you!!

Nice view

It was really nice and suprisingly quiet. The balcony was awesome great view of the Mercedes dome. Everybody in the building staff where really nice. All in all a great trip would rent again.

Owner great.. the housekeeping was poor.

Everything was great except for the housekeeping. The housekeepers (not the owner, she's great) are lazy and it shows. The floor was not swept/mopped, there was trash under the entertainment stand, etc.... other than that would be 5 stars.

Great Place

The property is just as it's pictured. Very comfortable, the property was clean and neat when we arrived. The check-in process was easy and hassle-free. The host provided great communication and was very helpful. This is a great property, at an amazing price!

Business and pleasure trip

My family and I came down to the Atlanta area to attend a trade show and while I was on the show floor my family had an excellent time walking around centennial park and enjoying the mini things to see including the aquarium. The condo is nicely located on peachtree and only just a few blocks away from all the other downtown attractions that one would want including lots and lots of great restaurants

Peachtree

We stayed in this condo during a recent trade show event. It was clear, comfortable, and convenient to the Georgia World Congress Center as well as everything else downtown. I would gladly stay here and recommend Jodie (our host) to anyone.

First time VRBO

While I travel often, this was my first time using VRBO. Booking and communication was excellent and the staff in the building was just as good. Even though we had some hiccups, nothing major, our property manager was always in communication and on top of things.

We checked in for two nights to visit the aquarium and family. There was missing knobs from the closets which then nearly impossible to open. Only one coffee cup with a broken handle. Definitely not a very family Friendly area. The homeless constantly approach you whether you are walking around or loading/unloading vehicle. We went to dinner at restaurant in building to cut down on time around the homeless and we were still harassed, including 3 year old son. Could have dealt with a lot of this but it took a turning point when we went to get the pull out couch set up. Crackers and crumbs everywhere, snacks in couch from previous tenant. Ended up having kids sleep on the floor. We rolled with the punches and tried to get settled in, tv in master bedroom would not connect to cable and kept having errors, ended up watching a little tv in living room. As we settled in for the night, the bed was probably worse than Sleeping on the floor. At 5 am my wife and I decided we would just leave as it was miserable and loud as well.

Amazing Place

We had an exceptional experience during our stay at what we affectionately referred to as the "Penthouse," thanks to the gracious hospitality of our hosts, Jodie and Morgan. The amenities surpassed our expectations, with a well-stocked kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a delightful screened-in porch. The convenience of being within a 10-minute walking distance to various attractions such as the Black History Museum, Coca-Cola Factory, Aquarium, and College Football Hall of Fame made our trip memorable. While our stay was nearly perfect, we suggest considering the inclusion of basic cleaning supplies like a broom, mop, and dustpan in the unit for guests' convenience. Nevertheless, the attentiveness of Jodie and Morgan, who consistently checked in to ensure our comfort, made our experience truly exceptional. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Jodie and Morgan for their outstanding hospitality and for providing us with a wonderful retreat. Thank you once again for a memorable stay.
