This place was so horrible we left after one day! We didnât even care if we lost our money! Just a short list of why we left:
This space is not a quality space.
1. Holes in the furniture most covered with duct tape (chair & sofa should not be in an Airbnb or on Hotels.com)
2. A hole in the bedding,
3.  Air conditioner non operational. (two days & one night)
4. The drawers in the kitchens are dirty, and the one closest to the outside door is just a total mess. There was trash in that drawer. Also I donât know what was spilled in the drawer but that brown round stain; it is just not something you want your flatware or utensils touching. Â
5. Additionally the dishes were on top of the refrigerator not inside of the cabinets
6. Cabinets that were messy and dirty.Â
7. Drawer (bottom) broken in bedroom
Iâm not expecting the Marriott or Hilton however I am expecting Holiday Inn or Best Western type quality. I just was very uncomfortable in that space.
I know if you checked into any hotel and saw that furniture and the condition of that kitchen you would want a refund or a new room. I decided to go with that option.
Room was nice, it felt clean. Had no problems with that.
Although during my stay the ceiling in the bathroom crumbled and leaked into my bathroom floor.
There are laminated papers on the doors of each unit, with instructions and a contact number for emergencies. The contact number was out of service, When I tried to call about the ceiling.
I also tried to contact the host about other people staying in the divided house. There was no privacy as far as noise. If you sneeze the next unit could hear you. I couldnât get comfortable, as you can hear everything going on in the building.
Our flight arrived late so we didnât check in until 2:30 am. The room was booked for 2 adults and 2 children (13, 17). When we got there, the âpullout couchâ is actually a futon that is duct taped in several places. There was 1 extra sheet that was stained with blood and dirt. There was 1 extra pillow. There was no other bedding. There was 1 towel and 1 washcloth for 4 people. I immediately messaged the property owner asking for a refund since we were booked for 2 nights and the accommodations did not support 4 people. The property manager came over at 9:00 am. She acknowledged that the sheet was dirty and said there was supposed to be a blanket. She also said she put 2 towels out. Clearly there were no other towels nor did she offer to get us any towels or additional bedding. She said sheâd pass on the info to the owner and Iâve yet to hear from anyone about our concerns or a refund.
The property is split into 4 rentals. One of the other occupants was smoking marijuana and it was coming through into our rental. You could hear the occupants above and next door. There were stains on the desk chair. The desk was broken and so was the kitchen table/chairs. The couch was duct taped in several places and the part thatâs supposed to lift up to make it into a bed kept falling all night. The air is in the living area with no air or fan in the bedroom. DO NOT RENT UNIT A on this property. I didnât get a pic of the stained up sheet because she shoved it in a pillow case and took it.
If you are going to be a live in resident you should state that in your review. There were ants all over the kitchen counters so hard to cook. Definitely not a romantic get away for two. Especially when as a live in renter if you have a boyfriend playing video games in the âcommonâ room till 2 am when you have a strict no disturb policy well he was very disturbing to me!
