The property is undergoing renovations which has been going on for a while but I usually stay here for my quick trips. The part that really bothered me was not being able to valet because the lot stayed full our entire stay so we had to keep riding around to find a garage that was not full. Luckily one of the staff told us about truist parking garage down the street they have a lot of parking and it’s $25 verse the $60 for valet parking. Our room wasn’t bad not the cleanest but it was ok. They need to change the blankets when they see it’s worn down so I went and bought my own blanket. I think I will give them another try after renovations but I’ll find another hotel due to my personal reasons. But overall not a bad hotel just I don’t remember it being this way from my previous stays.

Check- in and Check- out was quick and easy... service was amazing.... cleaning service was not the best we had to call for towels and face and body cloths... valet parking was amazing and I like the system and how it worked, made it very convenient to get the car. Now valet parking was extremely too expensive at $60 a day, please find other parking. The location is amazing and was very easy to travel the city. I would stay again just alter a few things and enjoy more of the amenities provided by Marriott as far as food, pool and bar. Also the property was under construction but it didn't take away from any amenities the property offered. I would refer this property

I requested a refund from the hotel as my father passed the night I was to take my flight to ATL. The management at this property denied my request and refused to provide refund (accept my cancel request). Understand there are terms but should be some exceptions when it comes to these sort of circumstances. Sadly there is no compassion or consideration for their customers.
