Very good location and hotel.

Another good stay at this location. Great location for Braves games. Fire alarm went off twice in the night but things happen, no big deal Will for sure being staying here again next trip to Atlanta.

Could have been better!

The cleaniness of the room was fine but when it came to the service of the staff it was horrible. The girl at the front desk was so rude and seemed very bothered to be helping us. Later in the evening we tried to use the microwave(while the tv was on) and a breaker broke. We called the front and she said she'd call someone. An hour goes by and we had to go up front due to not getting a call back. When going up front the rude girl called someone abd it definitely seemed to be the first time she called someone 🙄. We then were told to move rooms.. it was 10pm and we have a toddler. Thennn at 5am the fire alarm went off! Everyone evacuated outside with no answer until someone went to the desk and asked. The fire department finally showed up about 30min later and turned it off right away. I get things happen but having to go ask and not told about what is happening is huge for good customer service.
