Space was pretty clean and the communication and responsiveness of management was great. The space is amazing - large rooms, comfortable beds, great kitchen amenities, 3.5 baths, beautiful rooftop terrace and balcony, and the garage is a major bonus. We had a small glitch with the garage door randomly opening but a maintenance tech was sent right over to address it. The location was decent for proximity to downtown but not necessarily walkable to many places. The area around the complex is not the nicest part of town but we didn’t feel unsafe. The trains run at all hours and are definitely noisy. A few small details - there is a patchwork rug inside the back garage door that is literally pieces of carpet taped together, which was just not in line with the level of decor elsewhere. There were no Kleenex or washcloths in bathrooms, which felt like a gap. Otherwise, our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here!

Holiday weekend getaway with friends

This property was exactly as the VRBO listing and photos. Spacious, clean and neat, and BEAUTIFULLY decorated made our stay feel like a home away from home! The kitchen was well stacked with dinner and cookware, and every kitchen utensil needed. The bedrooms (including beds) and living space was comfortable whether sitting on the big couch or at one of the counter chairs. The 2 car garage and hang-out friendly rooftop lounge was icing on thr cake! The host communicated from the moment of booking until we checked out. It reminded us of a very attentive server in a restaurant but not annoying. We will now browse Minty Living VRBO properties whenever we come to ATL! Thank You for making our stay great!

Property wax great!! Neighborhood a bit on the rough side.

The property was as advertised. A little mixed up on where to retrieve the door code when we arrived however the manager was very quick to respond to a text. Very slight delay but that may have been more my fault than the managers. The neighborhood was a little on the rough side once you got off of the property grounds. Not a bad place to stay for a couple of days. Nice views from the roof top. Price was right for the quality of the actual interior of property. As the review options will not me write in who stayed I will do it here. I have a couple of upper management stay at the property for a business meeting.

Great Stay

This is a prime spot and we would come back when we stay in Atlanta again. The space of the property is great. If you have family or friends staying with you, everyone can have room to gather and space on your own. The windows let in so much light. Loved it.

Hands down best VRBO experience

The home was beyond expectations in cleanliness, furnishings and appointments. Every room is bright and inviting, furniture is plentiful and extremely comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked with every item needed - all in new condition. It was akin to staying in a model home. The management company checked in with us several times before our arrival and everyday while there to offer dining suggestions close by and answer any and all questions. Will definitely stay at Minty properties in the future.

Lots of room for this big family

We have 2 properties we short term rent on the beach in AL. We were very impressed with this place. It was clean, spacious for 6 of us and in a great location. Minty has the best communication of any host we’ve ever stayed with! Highly recommend!

Peach Bowl fun!

This property is VERY conveniently located near the stadium and has a great view from the roof top balcony. We had an awesome weekend at the Peach Bowl and bringing in the New Year!

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The location was very convenient and the unit was lovely. Our only complaint was that a few relatively simple amenities were missing: no hand soap or towels in the half bathroom, no kitchen towels, no tissues anywhere. And a few simple, nice touches—a basket of welcoming treats, a K-cup coffee maker, a hostess book with recommendations for local restaurants, sights, answers to FAQs about the unit & neighborhood, etc.—would have been appreciated. But overall we were happy with our stay at this property.

Outstanding Stay

Really enjoyed our stay, was visiting Atlanta to attend a family functions. This location was close to everything including the airport. The home decor was beautiful & very comfortable. Wonderful Place

The place we stayed was absolutely wonderful! First level is a bedroom and access to the garage. Second level open concept, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Kitchen has all new appliances. The place was spic and span clean. Third floor had two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super large shower! Fourth floor is a deck top roof. Spent as much time as I could when I wasn’t at my Conference. It is a delightful home, and I plan to stay there again two more times in the next year! Easy access to expressways and very quiet neighborhood.

Love Minty Living

Property and owners were great. Townhouse was well stocked and had everything you need without having to purchase basic household items, which we've always had to do. Home is exactly as pictured and check-in video and information was excellent. Whenever we're back in the region, we'll ALWAYS check for Minty Living properties first. One of our best experiences and they deserve 10 stars,but there were only 5 to give. Property is close to a train track but you tend to get use to it after a day or so.

Beautiful Property

The property exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for our needs as it was centrally located in near downtown Atlanta. The unit's decor and amenities were high quality which only enhanced our stay. I would definitely recommend this property.
