Summary:

With being in the Heart Of Midtown Atlanta. This is a safe, cozy, and clean space right in the middle of everything you need and want in Atlanta.



It’s also close enough to the night life to have a great time and commute safely. I’m always available and nearby. The place does have surveillance on the outside of the door. Please be mindful when booking. We sleep up to 4 guests. Any amount after 2 will be added manually at $25 a night per guest after 2 guests with no taxes or hidden fees.

If you are a long term tenant we must inspect the unit every 2 weeks. If the unit is not being kept to a certain standard we will schedule a cleaning within 48 hours at the current guest’s expense. This is to maintain the level of sanitation in the home as we have multiple guests and want to maintain the integrity of the unit.

Getting Around:

Secured parking is $15 a night. There are other parking options as far as street parking and other garage parking.



The Marta station is literally across the street.



Other Things to Note:

The price includes 2 guests. After 2 people it is $25 per night per person.



There is also secured parking available for $15 a day.

If parking decal is not returned it is a $175 fee to replace it.



A $150 fee will be added if the key fob is not returned.

Surveillance:

There is a Ring camera at the front door!



No Smoking- non-smoking unit ($250 fee along with the odor removal cost and whatever fines are inquired from the building)



Loud music ( No Warnings $100 fee)



Unlisted guests/visitors ($100 per person fee)



Smoking anything inside ($250 fee)



Unauthorized Late Checkouts ($50)



2 Hours Past Checkout (Pay Full Day Rate)



Damages on the premises (up to $300)



Pets (No Pets $100)



Interaction with Guests:

I’m available 9am - 10pm outside of emergencies.

Boho Oasis in the Sky offers its guests a fitness centre, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Atlanta apartment is smoke free.
