Very very accommodating, loved that they have checkout till 2pm for a $75 fee. We came to stay one night and ended up staying 4 nights and upgraded our room to a suite. The bath is AMAZING. Perfect for a romantic getaway. By-George was delicious and the bartenders were great and friendly as well. Didn’t have one single problem here.

EXTREMELY LOUD, OVER PRICED AND MANY HIDDEN FEES ( PARKING, ETC) MY card was charged a randomn charge of $48.08 even though i paid a $300 deposit. No one seem to know why, which was very disappointing. All i can do is hope that it redeposit into my accou t. But for $260 a night it was not worth it at all. I truly felt like iwas at a motel 6. NEVER AGAIN

Historic and Beautiful

The Hotel is historic and beautiful! Duane gave us a private tour of the back of the Hotel including the vault. What a classy and knowledgeable gentleman, we really appreciated his time. Very pleased with our stay and we will be back.

Excellent Customer Service!!! Beautiful hotel!

I booked 2 rooms. One for myself and 1 for my daughter and her husband. Our rooms were great! Nice and cool, great view for me, awesome huge bathroom, comfy bed. The only negatives for me personally is, I'd have much preferred a regular Keurig coffee machine vs an expresso machine. I had no idea what to do with it and I'm not that old nor sheltered. Or perhaps I am! Lol. I made something with it, not sure what but I drank it! Haha. I also would have like more of a comforter or beadspread...i like it cold but the bedding was so light i felt like I only had a sheet on. Again, that's just my personal preference. The GREATEST factor of my stay though, was the EXCELLENT customer service we received throughout our experience but mostly from the housekeeping person who found that my daughter left her purse in the cabinet and the security manager who called me. My daughter had close to $300.00 in cash in her purse along with credit cards, etc. We received a call from Ms. Cunningham I believe regarding the found purse. We didnt even know it was missing (my daughter doesn't normally carry one). We were an hour outide of Atlanta when the call came so we drove back to get it. What could have turned out terrible, did not because of a very honest housekeeping person and the security personnel. Thank you so much for showing us that good, kind, honest people do still exist. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it! Oh, and bartendars made great drinks and were super friendly!

$150 each night for incidental charges is a bit steep, especially when it takes several days to be returned. The front desk was a little short staffed both times we went down (check in and Check out) long wait both times. Very friendly and By George restaurant was excellent.

I brought my father, who was in a wheelchair. Though I was worried, everything was perfect. We took the MARTA and easily navigated to the local attractions. The hotel was centrally located and staff was great.
