Lovely hotel. Housekeeping for room 304 was extremely sweet and front desk staff provided continental breakfast to go for guests leaving before hot breakfast began at 7 am per request.

Staff was very very nice! Room was very run down. They are in the middle of renovation outside. It will be beautiful when it is done! Interior needs a massive overhauling! Just very out of date. The sheets were dirty and pilled! Like dirt dirty, and hair stuck in them. The carpeting has bleach spots on it. And there was hair in the shower. The towels were very “used” but clean. Pool was being renovated while we were there. Over all the common area were clean but it just needs some massive TLC and updating. I understand this costs money but just keep up on it and at $250 a night I would hope you could do this! Overall. Wouldn’t stay again till they updated.

Shower was disgusting, having to locate staff upon check in after waiting for around 10 minutes and then being told someone would be right there waited another 10 minutes until we were helped. The pictures do not describe the room with accuracy at all calling that a king suite was laughable. The price point for that room is absolutely egregious.

Room could use some work as there were multiple minor dirty/things not working quite right, pool area was needing to be worked on which is understandable and doesn’t really affect the stars but was sad to see, and the inside seemed just a bit less put together than the photos made them out to be. But the breakfast was delicious, staff superb, and cost great!
