They wouldn’t clean the room even though I paid for two days. In order to get fresh towels you had to take your used towels downstairs and swipe them out for clean towels. This was really unbelievably.

This hotel is a dumpster. I have no idea how this hotel has 8.0 rating. It should be more like 2.0 rating or less Everything is broken, towels are dirty, mattress sheets has body fluid stains on it, bathroom and shower is broken and nasty, worn out and very unsafe Complete waste of money

The staff is what makes this experience so incredible from shuttle airport pickup by the fantastic Tylar to the kindness of check in at front desk and finally Jameisha and the brilliant cook at the restaurant who made sure I got a satisfying late night meal, the staff was absolutely wonderful.
