The property itself was nice. My tub wasn’t cleaned well I did ask for it to be cleaned and no one came. And they clean every 3 days and don’t replenish the towels unless asked. But out side of that everything else was fine. I would come back. They do have a restaurant and Starbucks and cafe. They give 10 off certificates a day you stay.

The hotel is aging, inside was extremely cold, we turn the AC off at night. The tv was not working (not that we need it), but at firt they charge me for a movie, i had to ask for the reversal of that charge. Its noisy during the weekends, you can hear everything from outside. There is a coffee shop at 3rd level that serves Starbuck coffee and frozen food, its good just for emergencies I should say. There’s not much around to dine during the night so you have to move from the area to grab some decent food. The room and bathroom was clean, that is something important to me, the bed was comfortable. For the price and for a short stay, I think its ok, specially if you are attending an event near by.

The hotel had a faint, musty odor that seeped into my clothing. The furniture in my room was old and battered. The carpet in my room was dingy looking like it needed to be steam cleaned. The wallpaper in the hallway was peeling off and shabby looking. It all looked a little unsanitary. I had to wait longer than I would have liked for the valet to bring my car.

This time I stayed in the south tower and the room was bigger and cooler because the ac vent position was center the room and was able to cool the entire room. My kids loved the room view showing the city from an all glass window wall.

The only problem I had was the room was hot the ac unit didn’t cool the room. The staff doesn’t greet you when you walk inside but valet was greeting you before you could roll your window down.

Horrible.

I have already left a google reveiw and a customer complaint to corporate. Please read the reviews before booking your hotel stays! Very outdated, dingy, and dirty. The best part of our stay was the staff. We stayed less than 13 hours. Our kids said they would rather sleep on the floor than on the pull out mattress (which there are photos of) this absolutely shoult NOT be considered a 4 star hotel. Our "suite" was motel level at best. We will NEVER be back and will not recommend to ANYONE. I still have not heard back from corporate, which is also very disappointing.
