Very nice indeed

The hotel staff was friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean. We had to call for help to get our air turned off & some heat because it was too cold for us, maintenance came right away. The bathtub was so slippery I was afraid to shower after my sister got out. The restaurant was very nice & the food was good, but be prepared to pay big.

The property and hotel room are run down and dirty. The kitchen counter was peeling and dirty. The bathroom ceiling vent was loaded with dust. The coffee machine wasn't working, I asked for new one and one never came. The heated indoor pool was great, but the conditions of everything else were pretty run down. Oh, and the hotel was giving out $10 vouchers for a 10/10 review, which I think is very telling..

I don’t recommend staying here. Our pull out bed was filled with old melted candy which we had to clean up ourselves because room service doesn’t pick up the phone. If I could upload a picture I would, it was disgusting. The place smells bad and it’s a mess to valet your car. We waited almost an hr to do so.

The hotel is so outdated. The bed skirts are so disgusting and the carpet was so filthy that we always wore shoes. The vallet is the absolute worst. They charge 50 a day regardless if you move your car and threatened me into leaving my keys with them while i checked in. They said leave my 11 and 12 year old unattended in the car or give them (vallet) my keys. The pool is poorly lit (no lighting in the deep end) and there was very minimal seating. Its dangerous.

They said on booking they had parking for their guest but upon arrival they said the lot was full and if we did park at the hotel it was a $50 a day parking charge. This is insane when you are staying at a hotel never have been charged to park at a hotel I’m staying at, that should be included in the guest stay. Several guest I heard have complained about this. We already are being charged a destination fee that was unheard of so the parking should be free. Won’t stay there again!!!!

The pool was the only thing that was nice. The beds were either missing from the rooms or had mystery stains. They sneak in their $50 a day vallet parking, never tell you that they don't offer self park. They ILLEGALLY charged me a pet fee for my service animal (yes, she is a legit sd. She didn't misbehave and stayed professional through her stay and did not destroy the room). The receptionists were all rude. The rooms are not worth the price, you'd get better value for your money at a Hilton. They probably charge the same. I have reported them to the BBB and will never stay there again.
