I’m a fairly understanding guy and I tend not to complain. That said, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was dirty, the hallways and elevators smelled terrible and the food was borderline inedible. There was also a bad leak in the ceiling of my room and it took two days for them to move me, despite me bringing it up to the staff multiple times. I feel like my stay should have been discounted at least a night, but there was no offer given.

Assigned a room that was already occupied with a “Do not disturb” sign on the door handle. Went back to front desk and the guy made no excuses but just gave me a different room.

Change in management undergoing updates

We stayed here four years ago when it was a Doubltree by Hilton. It has since changed management and it looks like they’re still undergoing work. Our room was clean, even though there was wallpaper peeling off and the inner window wasn’t secured. Bed was comfortable as was everything else. Looking forward to seeing what improvements will be happening.

Working on being nice

Room door very hard to open and close, you really had to slam it to close it, and keep checking it to make sure it really was closed. Ac unit set to 67 and could not be changed, I had to turn it off before we froze to death. No sound proofing, you know that you are beside the freeway, even on the 6 th floor very, very loud. Windows were so dirty it was like looking through very dirty almost foggy glasses. Our view was the freeway. Bed -mattress was tilted so your feet were way higher than your head. But sleeps better than it looked Swimming pool, was a strange green color. Bar and grill never opened Couch very firm, nothing to put your feet up on, no coffee table or end table to put your stuff on. Check in person very nice and friendly.
