The exterior of the property is not attractive at all and the parking lot is dirty with broken glass and I even saw an empty tequila bottle on the ground. Some young guys were just hanging around the parking area.
What I did like was that the apartment was clean, spacy and welcoming.
This was the perfect place to introduce my boyfriend to the great city of Atlanta! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Its large size allowed my boyfriend to sleep comfortably without being disturbed by whatever random flailing my subconscious decided to initiate while Iâm asleep. No one likes to be randomly whacked by a sleeping person!
The apartment is close to the main attractions in Atlanta as well as some of the more unique dining options. You can walk to any number of delicious diners and even to the aquarium!
Highly recommend!
Pretty nice property - and great value for the price (especially in that Oeachtree area.) The owners were helpful and communicative. Very comfortable and home-like apartment. Check in is pretty late (4pm), so do ask for earlier check in ahead of time, if youâre arriving early. Iâd definitely stay there again, though. đ
I did not enjoy my stay at this place and checked out a day early to check into room because the water was shut off for hours and I had my 2 month old baby here with me.
Unit it very conveniently located and well decorated. Our toilet stopped flushing the first time we used it. Contacted the host who said sorry but maintenance doesnât work on weekends. I told her then get someone who does work on weekend to fix it. Waited all day with no response finally until he afternoon I asked her again she said the same thing that maintenance doesnât work on weekends. I called Vrbo customer support and they contacted her. She called back saying we can move to another unit thatâs empty across the hallway. Why she didnât think of that before I donât know. We moved to the other unit. The next morning when we go to take showers thereâs no hot water. None. The host is totally unresponsive and the place needs SERIOUS maintenance.
Itâs centrally located which easy highway access and easy access for ride shares to get to you. The place itself is much grittier than pictures portray it to be. The location is overall safe and secure with a front desk, but the building and condo itself is quite aged. Keep in a mind a few things: 1) AC is not central air; wall units so it doesnât circulate. Ceiling fans helped with that. 2) The curtains are too long, so with the AC units under the windows, thereâs virtually no way to block out light effectively. 3) remote in the bedroom is missing; had to download the Roku app on my phone to even use it 4) the shower has virtually zero hot water pressure; showering was not a pleasant experience. 5) massive hole above the shower was unsightly - you can see the insulation, dust, and piping. 6) the flooring is bubbling up by the toilet
Overall this place is fine to use as a crash pad. Not an ideal place if youâre looking to stay in or lounge around,
The apartment was amazingly beautiful and comfortable. The view was incredible. I could find everything I needed there. It was very clean as well. The communication with the landlord was excellent and every time I required more supplies or help with the Wi-Fi they were extremely helpful and fast to reply. My stay in Atlanta was memorable and really comfortable thanks to Rachel and her team!
This condo was the most relaxing stay I could have asked for on my trip to ATL! The check in process was super easy and pleasant (thanks to Tyler at the desk) and the host provided clear instructions for how to navigate check in, parking, and accessing the unit. The space looked just as advertised - so no surprises there. It was very beautifully decorate, clean, and spacious. My favorite part was the all the natural lighting. The only complaint I have is about the shower. The water pressure was a bit low, and there was no way to adjust the shower head position nor the flow of the water. Also, the temperature knobs were very sensitive - a slight adjustment made the water super hot or super cold. The host was responsive any time I reached out and was very friendly throughout my stay. I recommend this space to anyone looking for lodging options in ATL and would stay again myself!
I was pleasantly surprised, upon waking in I was immediately impressed. This property is exactly as shown in the pictures.
It itâs very cute. Had no problems with loud neighbors or anything like that. The desk staff is very friendly and attentive.
The kitchen was so cute It has a little coffee station with fixings and Keurig pods and maker and Tea! That was a nice surprise I l didnât have a lot of time to order groceries but there so many nice places to eat around.
There a plethora of cups mugs and silverware (and probably much more like pans and pot I didnât look) AND A TEA KETTLE. Gas stove!
I will stay here again next trip if itâs available.
Only downside was the shower water temp is touchy and low water pressure (but I survived) and no temperature control that I found, but the ac units kept it comfortable.
At night I would close the bedroom door and the bedroom was a nice temp for sleeping just close the door keep all that cold air in.
Final thoughts this place is great! No surprises just a cute bright condo very nicely decorated. Itâs right next to the college and I felt safe here!
Also property manager was helpful .
This is the full package and clean and nice!
For an older building, they have done a good job remodeling. The bed was comfortable and the location is less than a mile from Centennial Park, Aquarium, Coca-Cola. 24-hour Metro diner has karaoke, large portions, and awesome cakes!
This was my first time booking anything outside of a hotel/resort. I was very pleased with Rachel's quick response. My wife and I drove from FL and arrived in Atlanta early and Rachel accommodated us with and early check-in. Our unit had a parking space so we didnt have to search for one every night. The condo was very clean. The location was perfect, we were within 2-3 miles for everything we wanted to do in downtown/midtown. In the future I can definitely see myself booking less with hotels/resorts
