Entering the apartment was a poor experience due to 2-3 people waiting outside to be let in. They may have not lived there and wanted a break from being in the cold. The one elevator that worked sounded like it was close to malfunctioning. The carpet leading to our room was a mess with stains and the room itself was delayed being clean. We waited an hour for the room to be cleaned and the room itself was not comfortable.

Spring break family trip

Our host very responsive with any questions and checked on us daily. Great trip to ATL. Our stay was 5 days. Close to everything downtown. Easily accessible to highways.

Great location

Perfect location to walk to restaurants. Aquarium was about a 15 min walk. We did have issues with the air-condition but the host responded immediately and had maintenance fix it very quickly. Plenty of space for our family. I really liked the extra fans and air units in the bedrooms. Hot water was a bit iffy, but better at night than in the morning. Appreciated the free assigned parking spot too. Overall a really enjoyable trip to Atlanta.

Aquarium visit

We enjoyed our weekend visit at the condo the first of December. We were just a short drive from the venues we wanted to see- the Georgia Aquarium and World of Cocoa Cola. Each couple had their own bedroom and the grandsons had separate place to sleep too.

3-night stay

Close to downtown, building common areas aren't the cleanest but the unit itself was clean. Not much furniture in the living room - just a couch and a couple of fairly uncomfortable chairs. Good location and the hosts were very responsive and nice. 24-7 building security and walking distance to many downtown locations.

Short Stay

The apartment is a nice size. There was enough room for everyone. The place was fairly clean. Overall, I was pleased with our stay; however, I would have enjoyed a more comfortable bed. The bed was way too firm for me. Also, the tubs were dated and not clean.

this place appears to be gentrifying a neighborhood apartment complex-- next time I will be staying in a hotel or on a couch, I'd rather do that than displace people from their community. the hosts were constantly messaging in a way that felt invasive, the surveillance was creepy, the details of the facility and the contract/rules etc were not clear until after I paid for the place, and its clear that this company is ruining an otherwise lovely neighborhood by driving up rent for everyone else. no thank you

Needs a lot of work

The building itself is gross and while the proximity to attractions is great, the neighborhood is not. First thing we noticed was that the furnishings did not match the photos in the listing. The listing photo shows a comfortable looking velvet sofa but there was a hard, small faux leather couch and 2 uncomfortable metal chairs in the common area which was not great for hanging out as a group.Second was after driving several hours to get there, the toilet was broken in the hall bathroom and the shower only had scalding hot water. So hot it burned one girls hand. The a/c is apparently controlled by the building and no way to adjust. It’s July in Atlanta so it wasn’t keeping up. The suggestion we were given was tower fans they had in the closet. I they did help but again, not great. The only room that got really cool was the makeshift bedroom area with the twin bed because it had a portable a/c unit in it. This area was also noticeably leaning down like it was going to fall off the building so we actually brought the mattress into the bedroom because it was actually a little scary. Second night we couldn’t get any hot water in the shower in the other bathroom and were told to try running the sink and shower at the same time.Most disturbing is that there is a review from 10 days prior with identical issues and these were not repaired before our visit! The host was responsive but when questioned about the incomplete repairs offered no explanation

Location & Property

Location is great, property is nice, and the space is perfect. Enjoyed the close proximity to all attractions in Downtown Atlanta, 10 minute walk lined with convenient shops, restaurants, and night life. Will be staying here on our next trip.
