The room was clean and the staff were courteous and professional. Our interactions with the staff were pleasant and our needs were met imediately. In particular, the gentleman who provided clean-up attention to the breakfast area on 2/21 and 2/22 was exceptional in every way. I'm sorry that I did not catch his name but I'm sure he won't be too hard to identify.

Positives: location, cleanliness. Negatives: $55 per day valet (but most of these hotels in Atlanta charge between 40 and $50 for overnight valet), Embassy suites it turns out markets itself in certain ways to get guests who bring families because of the layout of the room rooms and so you can find yourself like we did stepping around teenagers just laying out in the hallways outside the rooms, which was a little odd. The front desk is perpetually understaffed.

It was a lovely experience. The room wa clean, the breakfast staff and manager were so friendly and accommodating. Really enjoyed my experience. Due to the season there were some lady bugs in the window but was quickly taken care off when I reported it. I will definitely recommend and stay there again
