The facility and the room that I was assigned were clean. Just as they have been during each of my visits to that particular facility. But what sets this particular hotel apart in my opinion, is its staff. As I mentioned previously, I've stayed at that particular facility many times. And the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Which is a very big plus in my opinion.

They put me in a dirty room with an unmade bed, and then after that, put me in a room with absolutely no garbage can at all, not to mention the inconvenience of the cart and the car distance to the door and the hill that it rolled down. It was so much work. I just couldn’t even get up in time for breakfast.

This property is quiet, clean, and kid friendly. Staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. They made me feel welcome. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. It has a small kitchen with a 2 burner stove top and a mini full sized fridge. Overall experience I enjoyed my stay and recommended them to others!

When I got here, my room had no blankets cigarettes on the counters throw up in the toilet used for a soap with a long string of hair coiled around it I ordered a deluxe King studio with a pullout sofa and when I got here, the front desk person told me that unfortunately they had overbooked my stay and that he needed to upgrade me for free and then put me in a double queen room, and I tried to explain to him that I had paid for a king suite Deluxe room, and he still insisted that it wasn’t an upgrade and made me pay an extra $10 in order to move me to another room that was worse and not ready for me so then I had to go all the way back down and tell him about the room and he moved me to another room Which was also occupied and finally you got me to a third room and after all of this, he still hadn’t said sorry or anything for the inconvenience or for the ridiculousness of the situation and left me to it like nothing happened
