Room AC/Heater worked properly and was quiet. Room was very clean and comfortable. I felt at home. Airport shuttle was punctual and friendly. Would stay again.

The Place was fine EXCEPT the tub did not drain so I was standing in 2 inches of dirty water at the end of my shower. Not what I wanted when it was late and I was tired. I reported it to the front desk that night and the next morning. I did not want anyone to fix it while I was there (I arrived late and left early) but I did expect the front desk to be more apologetic. There response was like it happened everyday. Uncool

The shuttle going back to the airport was half full when he got to use, and he did not communicate well what were to do. we had to prey information from him. Some one went to the front desk and got better information from them. The staff that service our room Mae sure we had clean towels and they were very pleasant. The breakfast looked inviting, although I only had coffee ( had my own breakfast), which was good. The staff was pleasant and answered questions appropriately.
