Very good we had a good experience with the staff. And my last day the temperature outside was 3° and the heater stopped working. I called the guest services. They immediately sent a technician they couldn’t fix it and they move me immediately with no problems. I will definitely stay there Again. Also, breakfast had great choices.

Im rating this place poor because we were told to park in the lot marked overflow next door to the hotel. No problem there. The only thing we were told was to park in an un named spot. Last week, I received not 1 but 2 citations saying we didn't pay for parking in that lot. I disputed the citations but in order to have them voided I need an itemized statement from the hotel showing that we paid them (the hotel) for parking. I have contacted the hotel several times asking for this and have received no response. The garage next door seems to be an official over flow lot, so I am not sure why there is not something in place to prevent this from happening.

I booked this room for Sunday night so I could be downtown Atlanta because I was having surgery Monday morning. I got the flu on Friday. My surgery had to be cancelled. I called the hotel and explained to the gentlemen that answered at the front desk I had the flu and wouldn’t be needing the room. He transferred my call to speak to the manager. The call went into voicemail and I left a lengthy message as to the situation, my name, phone number and asked for him to call me. He did not call me, as requested. Then I called back on Saturday. I was told the manager was not working but the district general manager was there. He transferred my call to him. Again, rang into voice mailbox, left a message, my phone number, and asked for a callback. Again, I didn’t receive a call. Therefore, my experience with the management is not a good one and I was charged for the room. Thank You for reaching out. At least you did and I appreciate that you did. Karen K. Friendly staff, clean room, very comfortable. Our only complaint was the breakfast - no oatmeal, banana, plain yogurt. If you eat healthy food, there is nothing here for you, and that was disappointing. If you are into biscuits and gravy, you found your place!
