I'm not gonna lie for the price there's so many other different places that are probably just a little bit more over the budget that you could be picking over this

A/C worked fine. Towels were clean. Room was mildly clean & stinky (like a mold odor & smoke smell). Bed was super lumpy, old, and squeaky (sounded like a file cabinet closing every time you moved on the bed). Sheets were atrociously dirty and discolored. Lamps were dusty. Toilet had pee in it upon arrival / at first inspection. Fan in bathroom (which comes on when the light is turned on) was loud and sounded like it will explode.

I had two leaks in my room's ceiling, I went to the office to inform the staff and it seemed as if not only did they know about it but they felt it was an unavoidable thing. They sited that the "broiler was above and it wull sometimes leak". Broiler rooms are usually on the ground floor to avoid that issue and my room was on the second floor. The interaction felt dismissive.
