Staff were very friendly. However, the hotel was marketed as being recently renovated which is inaccurate. The elevators were broken, shuttle was a long wait (45mins) and only serviced domestic terminal which is fine with the train but not ideal for early international flights or flights with families. Bedding was stained, lumpy pillows and the bathrooms had pink soap scum throughout the shower.

The place is just starting to look old pricing is to high. The prices in restaurant is outrageous. 12 dollars for the littlest chicken wings we have ever seen.

First off, room was excellent and clean. That being said, Hotel parking lot concerning and then, there was not an expected hair dryer in room. Called front desk, took more than 1/2 hr to recieve. In that time, missed our scheduled Lyft driver and opening of concert. Reached out to hotel, got a response...but that's it. Did not offer to reimburse for kissed lyft, extra cost to park or even any kind of refund caused by negligence of staff...will NEVER stay at Atlanta Hilton, airport again!!!

Staff was courtesy, rooms were nice, showers had extra hot water, however the breakfast was really lacking and the fire alarms continually went off throughout the entire building, even at 2 am, 3 am, and 4 am. Also hot tub was broken and not working.
