My stay was good, the only thing I had a problem with was the cleaning of my room, my bed was never done the whole time i stayed there and i stayed for 5 days. I had to call everyday to get new towels and for them to come and take my trash out. They told me that they didnt worry about long staying individuals their priority was turning over the rooms for the next days rentals, everyday there was a new excuse of why they didnt come into my room.

I gave this property two star's because the first room provided had hair in the bathtub, hair by the coffee maker, paint scrapped off the bathroom door showing multiple layers of paint, and makeup on the wall. The staff was nice and provided us another room. Unfortunately, this room also had hair in the tub, nail clippings on the bathroom floor, wall in bathroom was dirty, and the toilet paper holder was about to fall off the wall. We did not request a third room, as we were just passing through for the one night. Long story short, the property lacked in cleanliness and maintenance. We mainly book Holiday Inn when traveling, so was surprised that this establishment felt more like an old rundown hotel with the Holiday Inn name and small renovations. I will say the staff was nice, the area was safe, and the breakfast & dinning area was nice.

The hotel was very nice check in was smooth able to check in 30 minutes before time. The bathroom fixture for the tub shower needs to be updated. The water was coming from the box the tub and shower fixture. The water in the tub was slow to drain. Breakfast was not restocked there was only cinnamon rolls, cereal, bread and muffins the hot item were empty. The location was great and plenty of parking.
